Lecture by GAUPENRAUB +/-
Thursday, August 27th, 19.30
Over the past 20 years, the Vienna-based architectural practice gaupenraub, founded by Ulrike Schartner and Alexander Hagner, has completed numerous projects for the homeless and socially disadvantaged groups. Unfortunately, such initiatives often meet with resistance from ‘mainstream society’, particularly when they are to be located in the immediate neighbourhood. Using selected projects as examples, the talk focuses primarily on illustrating development processes.
